Creation or reaCtion which will it be?

 

Are you recreating, re-acting an old World?

Or are you

Re-Creating,and building a new one?

You decide. 

Imagine you are sitting in a movie theater. It’s dark and you look up at a screen. On that screen is a movie playing. The movie is very realistic with all the scarey special effects. You feel all the emotions as strongly as the actors do. Your eyes are riveted to the screen. You see impending doom, you see their world about to blow apart in the way they once knew it. You feel their fear, but you still don’t look away. You still keep focused on what is on the screen. Your emotions and fear level are escalating. The perceived chaos is overtaking you. You feel as if you are spinning out of control. That the whole world is spinning out of control. The very screen you are staring at is going to disintegrate.

And then… suddenly you feel a tap on your shoulder, a slight whisper in your ear that says “here is the light. Adjust your focus.”  You take your attention away from the screen. Your senses begin to come back into your body. Back into your life. The light helps you to see in the darkness that seems to have enveloped you. You see that the light shows you a tiny space that is near you. You decide to follow it. Knowing deep inside there is no sense in sitting here, letting others control your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions. So you decide to stand.  The light moves slightly ahead of you. You know someone is holding the light. They are a faint glimmering image.  You sense they have adjusted their eyes to the light and can guide you through the obstacles in the dark. You look away from the light, only momentarily to a lure that is still so strong, you look back at the screen, and you bump into something. So you quickly look for the light, again. There it is,  and you begin to follow it again.

The light  leads you toward much greater clarity. When you arrive you are in a much different place then you had just been in. You begin to feel different. You begin to want to explore this new place. You choose to do so. You move one step at a time. You begin to see a new world around you. At first it is hard to see in all that light and clarity. Eventually, your eyes adjust. Eventually, you begin to see more on your own.  And eventually, you begin to trust navigating this new world.

You now know “The End” was only the beginning…

What constitutes a leader? It may appear simple. Leaders lead. In carrying this idea further, how do they attain their position? In a tribe a leader would rise to the position from qualities exhibited throughout their life. He or she would be someone that people chose to follow because they knew them to be wise and held the well being of all as a guiding light.They look in their hearts for answers.  Purity of intention and balance was at the forefront of  their leading.

So far sounds like a politician, right? As the population grew, and power was grabbed and abused, the meaning of a leader changed. It no longer embodied the greater good. Circumstances changed such that they were so far removed from whom they professed to lead, they lost sight of the greater good for all. Many factors began to fuel the change. Our modern day politicians came into being. I am not politician bashing. We are all responsible for systematically handing our power over, as time went on. How it happened and why isn’t as important as seeing the vast difference between a leader and a “politician” and what that has come to mean. It will be a slow process back to holding our leaders accountable for their actions. Choosing people, who lead from a place of the greater good for all is our responsibility. A true leader is selfless, not selfish. A true leader knows the people he has been chosen by to lead, and takes into consideration their thoughts and concerns in all decisions. Greed and corruption are not followed. We can no longer look away. All leaders are human. But that does not justify them leading from places other than their heart, in decisions that concern, whom they profess to lead. Asking our hearts in any decision what is right for the greater good ,comes from a place of love, not greed and denial.

I pray to support only true leaders. Do we have strong possibilities? You bet we do. But we alone are responsible for not looking the other way. For keeping as our leaders those who lead. Putting our head in the sand and rewarding politicians and CEO’s who are corrupt and repeatedly fail, is no longer acceptable if we want to find a place of love, light and balance in this country. Make a list of what a true leader once embodied. Now make a list of what you have come to know as a politician.  Ponder the differences and how to change them. Know that it is possible to embody in a leader qualities of light.

I pray that we all find a way to merge our politicians back to being true leaders of and for the people. Waking up to what we see around us that is not working is a start.

Get your attention did I?

 It sure got mine, when in my meditation this morning, I was guided to begin to explore money. What is it?, What is its energy ? What did it become? Where did it veer from its intended purpose? What did it subsequently come to mean to the masses?

After spitting and sputtering in my conversation with my spiritual guidance, I asked are you sure you want me to share these thoughts? Are you sure it is time? Yes, was the resounding answer. Oh, slipped from my lips. I agreed to write, at least today, about money. And what I am hearing from internal guidance.

Our views, beliefs and understanding around money have veered from its intended purpose. What does the word money bring up in you? After I got through going AHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I realized I was just being asked about something that had been given meaning by what we began to attach to it.

Originally our needs were met by our own hard work and bartering. In simplifying, we had extra vegetables we traded someone for eggs. Our needs were very simple. Survival was at the forefront. As the population grew, and our needs changed, a physical object was designated to expand what we were able to acquire. What became known as currency was created.

I am not here to give a full history of the federal reserve and how it came into being. If you do a google search you will be surprised by what you might learn. Dig deep its worth it.

Because we live on a planet of duality and choice, one option that was available did not hold the good of mankind as its guiding light. Ponder the ways in which our monetary system went awry. It is an eye opener.

Our getting back to balance and harmony with monetary exchange, will take time. Stay tuned I do believe there will be more to ponder.
