Explorers Club, Charter Memberships Available – Inquisitive Souls Wanted.
This Explorers Club expedition takes you through:
-
perusal
-
and possibilities of self…
The Explorers Club supports practice. Living honestly with yourself takes practice. Living each moment from a you that is not dictated by outside influences takes practice. Being present through uncomfortable feelings takes practice.
Becoming a seasoned participant takes (you guessed it) practice. And commitment.
When we first activate our membership in The Explorers Club and start on a path of discovery all is unfamiliar. We no longer process through the familiar, with familiar tools. If your asking “How can I process through what I don’t know?” that’s a good question.
If we stay present and do not rush ahead to an answer, solution or response to what we are presently feeling or thinking we allow the part of us that is our own brilliant core (the explorer) to speak. It travels what the mind has not yet learned to allow as part of your conscious being. Simply put, the mind races ahead to make all your thoughts fit different categories you have learned to process through that are learned from outside of you. Well maybe not so simple. No one said the club wasn’t going to challenge you (the secret handshake will be easier.) There are no rules in this excursion. Guidelines to peruse, yes. Possibilities to commitment you create, yes.
To be silent enough inside to hear the you that is not pain, sorrow or struggle takes repeated commitment to the possibility of its existence. Our old patterns feel threatened by change. Remaining silent without judgment of what races through your mind is a start. Yes it takes practice to begin to hear from within, without the mind at the helm designating where and how the thoughts are to be processed.
As a charter member of The Explorers Club I do not intend to lose my mind (although some may chuckle it might be to late), but to expand and explore how I may have limited it by not incorporating my heart and my soul into the mix.
Yes, inquisitive souls want to know. Practice and commitment to perusal keep me an active participant. New members are always (all ways) welcome.

I LOVE it!!!
