HOLISTIC HEALING
Holistic healing offers us new ways to live
our lives in harmony and balance within our selves, with our animals,
with each other, and with all of life. It helps us and the animals
deal with the ups and downs of daily living, with processing past life
issues, and reduces stress.
Karen Nowak offers

ENERGY HEALING FOR PEOPLE AND ANIMALS
Energy healing encompasses a holistic
approach to the entire being, addressing the mental, emotional and
spiritual as well as the physical. Many
outside influences can affect vibrational stability, such as trauma, dis-ease,
and emotional stress, just to mention a few. Behavioral problems can
also result from an imbalance.
When any part of the whole is out of
balance, the entire being is affected. Dis-ease is thought to come as a
result of an imbalance in a portion of the whole. Addressing imbalances
by enhancing the body's own ability to heal opens a path to the
well-being of the whole.
In the healing work I do with animals, I
work with the body's own vibration and the animal's conscious mind. When trauma is experienced, the
vibrational bodies are pushed out of their natural state of balance.
During the healing, the animal can share with me information that can
stop the cycles of stress associated with the trauma, and thus promote
healing.

TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION WITH
ANIMALS
When two humans do not speak the same
language, i.e., English and Polish, communication becomes difficult.
An interpreter who speaks both languages may be needed to translate what
each is saying to the other.
The same is true when humans and animals
need to communicate effectively. Karen acts as interpreter between
humans and their animal companions.

When an animal or human moves into the
spirit world, the means by which they communicate with those still in
physical changes.
In mediumship, Karen helps the living
communicate with those family members who have moved on, whether human
or animal. The connection between you and your loved ones is not
broken; it has just been altered.
Going from contact on Earth to contact in
Spirit can shut down feelings of connection because we don't often
recognize that our family members may still be around us. The pain
in our hearts can also be a block to our noticing the signals that our
loved ones are sending. Karen guides you to healing the pain so
you can hear the messages.

Crossing Over
In our society we have become accustomed to
viewing the process of death as something to be feared and as a failure
to heal.
Karen's views death as
another form of healing for the spirit, which is, after all, who we all
are. Healing can mean moving to another level of
being. It is not up to us when it is time for an animal or human to
leave it's body.
Karen only works from what is for the
highest good for all concerned. Therefore, when an animal or
person is ready to move on, Karen will support it's journey. Working energetically with an animal
or human as they are dying honors
the process, paying homage to a life as it ebbs from its physical form.
